We hope you love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, please read our returns policy below.

• Full-priced clothing may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a receipt, provided it is unworn, in its original condition, and with all tags still attached.
• Jewellery is non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
• Sale, discounted, and promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Online purchases may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are returned in the same condition as they were dispatched, with all original tags attached.
• BoCa reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if an item has been worn, damaged, altered, is not in its original condition, or if the tags have been removed.
• If you wish to return an item by post, this is at the customer's own expense. Before sending your return, please email bocaboutiquecymru@gmail.com.
• This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
